Subject to the above and unless it has the right or duty to disclose or is permitted or compelled to do so by law, Irish Permanent International shall not disclose any information about the client or the company without prior consent of the client or an authorised person.

Unless notified by the client that such information is not required, Irish Permanent International may from time to time advise the client of products and services offered by Irish Permanent International or other members of Irish Life & Permanent Group that it believes would be of interest.

The client has a right to see a copy of the records relating to them that Irish Permanent International controls and to have any errors corrected. To see a copy of their records the client should apply in writing to the Compliance Manager, Irish Permanent International, 12-14 Ridgeway Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 1EN. Irish Permanent International may charge a fee for such access.
