Who Can Apply
Mortgage applications will be considered from the following:
Individuals
- UK, Isle of Man, Republic of Ireland passport holders including Expatriates
- Individuals with permanent right to reside in UK, Isle of Man and Republic of Ireland
- Resident nationals of the European Union, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Norway, South Africa, United Arab Emirates and United States of America.
Companies/Trusts
- Companies or trusts must be incorporated or established in acceptable jurisdictions
- Settlors of trusts and/or beneficial owners of companies must fit the criteria of Individual applicants
Minimum Age
21 years
Maximum Age
60 years at application to maximum age of 75 years
