Mortgages for Companies/Trusts
Applying for a mortgage with Irish Permanent International is easy and we aim to approve your application within 48 hours (subject to receipt of full documentation).
1. Download the relevant application form from here and complete it in full. A lack of information may result in a delay in processing your application.*
2. Submit the following identification and other documentation
Corporate Lending (Company or Trust) Compliance Requirements
- Fully completed Irish Permanent International application form*
- The original or certified** copy of the Certificate of Incorporation (Company)
- The original or certified** copy of the Memorandum & Articles of Association (Company)
- The original or certified** copy of the Trust Deed (Trust)
- Full details supplied for all the directors, signatories, trustees, settlors, and beneficial owners of the company/trust. Full details include (full name, current permanent address, date & place of birth, occupation and nationality)
- Certified** copy of a passport or driving licence and an original or certified copy of a utility bill (not mobile phone) no more than 6 months old for:
- Any two signatories to the account
- Any two directors (if different)
- All beneficial owners/settlors of the company/trust
Corporate Lending (Company or Trust) Underwriting Requirement
- Original or certified** copies of the last 6 months current account bank statements for each beneficial owner/settlor
- Original or certified copies of the last 12 months mortgage statements for any existing mortgages for each beneficial owner/settlor and the company/trust if applicable
- Confirmation of salary for each beneficial owner/settlor (3 months payslips or last 2 years financial accounts or satisfactorily completed accountants questionnaire if self-employed)
- Cheque for the cost of the valuation (click here for fee scale)
- Confirmation of the source of deposit.
- Last 2 years financial accounts (Company)
N.B. Joint & Severable Personal Guarantee to the value of the loan to be given by all beneficial owners/settlors of the company/trust.
*Irish Permanent International reserve the right to request further information once the application is received.
**Certification may be carried out by any one of the following:
- Lawyer
- Accountant
- Director or Manager of an authorised credit or financial institution
- Director, Manager or Company Secretary of a licensed CSP
- Notary Public
- Member of the Judiciary
- Senior Civil Servant
- Consular official at a British embassy or consulate
- Serving Police Officer
- A Director/Partner/Principal of an entity authorised by the Financial Services Authority (UK).
- A Director/Partner/Principal of an appointed representative of an entity authorised by the Financial Services Authority (UK).
- A Director/Partner/Principal of an entity authorised by the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority (Eire).
- A Director/Partner/Principal of an entity holding an Investment Business Licence issued by the Financial Supervision Commission (IOM).
Copies should be certified a "true copy of an original" and must include the certifier's printed name, signature, capacity and date along with the certifier's company stamp if applicable.
